Our Story
Give Me Glam Events LLC is a creation born of love, inspired by many friends and family. Owner Shaniqua whom many people know as Shay, started party planning when she was expecting her first child. Having done most of the planning for her baby shower to welcome her daughter Olivia, she was bit by the party planner bug. Her next few events were her daughter’s birthday parties followed by her baby shower to welcome her son Julian. Her Ahoy it’s a Boy theme took her planning skills to a new level where she crafted many of her own decor items. She soon followed with a host of additional parties for her children, each one more detailed than the last.
Over the years she has grown and developed with each party and event. She has received many compliments from guests and others and was encouraged on several occasions to start up party planning. She finally decided to take a leap of faith and in the spring of 2019 she started offering her services to others. She now offers full service planning as well as a-la carte services via her website givemeglamevents.com and via her etsy shop. She is constantly looking for new ways to help make a positive impact for others. From treat making to decor, planning to setup she aims to give her best to make your party as special for you, as it is for her, helping bring your vision to life.
